Jerry Chang, CPA - Partner
Jerry is our partner from Atlanta, GA. Jerry earned his business degree at UC Berkeley and has over 15 years of experience in tax, accounting, and finance. He was previously CFO for two Latin American nonprofit healthcare providers, helped launch several Google subsidiaries in BRIC countries, and was the finance lead for Google Payments. His experience covers forecasting, financial operations and systems, and accounting.
Shirley Lee, CPA - Tax Partner
Shirley is our corporate tax consulting expert based in San Francisco. She earned her Master’s of Accounting and Taxation at the University of Texas, and has over 20 years of tax experience. Shirley was previously a partner at KPMG, including four years in their technical national tax office, and two years in international tax practice. Her tax consulting experience encompasses a broad range of tax matters from initial structure setup, ongoing compliance, to final exit strategy.
